Invesco Property Solutions was founded by the husband-and-wife team. Mr. Andre is a well-respected real estate investor who has invested in the single-family sector for over a decade. He began his real estate investing career when he purchased his first couple of residential buildings at the age of 28, less than 4 years after graduating from Sac State University. Mr. Andre, also completed various online business courses from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. 

Mr. Andre is the managing partner and oversees every aspect of the business, including working closely with Rita, to deliver results with the operations team. The Invesco Property Solutions team firmly believes in exceptional property management and oversight which is essential to maximizing returns and reducing financial risk.

Upon completing his engineering degree at Sacramento State University he ventured into the consulting world. Where he oversaw multi-million construction projects, like the Sutter Health Center by Sutter Fort, and the new Sacramento International Airport, Terminal B. His role was to manage the mechanical portions of the building during construction.

In 2014 he received a professional engineering license and utilized his technical and creative skills in his firm. Mr. Andre was able to incorporate his skills in the design of the system for residential and commercial buildings.

After a decade of running his successful business with hundreds of satisfied customers, and many successfully completed projects he decided to found Invesco Property Solutions to create win-win solutions for customers.

Mrs. Rita is the co-managing partner and her experience working with people in customer service banking departments to ensure her clients felt understood and taken care of. She will educate and walk you through the whole process, making sure you feel confident in your decision.

With this experience under their belt, Andre and Rita have combined forces to build a real estate business that will stand the test of time. Their goal is to create a legacy of wealth, excellence, and giving back to the community.
